Special wipes for impregnating paraffin into the sliding surface when ironing with an iron. Used when applying paraffin between the sliding surface and the iron. Ensures even application and absorption of paraffin into the sliding surface, protecting it from overheating and, in the case of racing paraffins with a high fluorine content, from burning out.
